Mr. Fiancé has been accompanying me to hot yoga the past week, and we are both feeling good about it. Food-wise we have been eating a lot of protein and vegetables, staying away from carbs, mostly really basic ingredients. I don’t think we are ready to go on a total palaeolithic diet, but the savoury, high protein meals are really appealing to us right now. So here are our paleo-friendly meals for this week.
