This Week’s Menu {January 13 – 19}

First week back to eating well went amazing, so I’m sticking mostly with Martha‘s salads again. There was some great wild-caught salmon and cod that I couldn’t say no to as well. salmon is easy, but all the cod recipes I know involve lots of potatoes and olive oil. Hummm.

Spinach Salad with Ham and Egg

Friday
Something with cod. Any ideas?

Saturday
Slow cooker Brisket and roasted vegetables

Sunday
Counting on leftover brisket.
