This Week’s Menu {June 17-23}

After a dark and stormy Sunday night here in Ottawa, we are finally going to get some SUN! I’m looking forward to cooking with fresh, local, in-season ingredients, and enjoying them out in the open air.


Monday –Homemade Pizza

Tuesday – Huvos con Tomatillo Salsa Burritos

Wednesday – BBQ Pork Chops with green salad

Thursday  – Rib Fest, so MEAT

Friday –Dinner at Dow’s Lake

Saturday –Black-n’-Blue Flank Steak Salad

Sunday –Cedar Planked Maple-Mustard Glazed Wild Sockeye Salmon with Quinoa Salad and Peach Cobbler
