The birthday festivities are all over and done with and I’ll have to cook every night again. Bit it’s okay, I’ve started to miss my kitchen and want to get back into the swing of things by making some classics.
Monday – Sea Scallop Ceviche with corn tortilla chips
Tuesday – BBQ chicken and potato salad with homemade apple pie for dessert
Wednesday – Homemade hamburgers and garden salad
Thursday – Tuna Casserole
Friday – Leftovers!
Saturday – Lemon, Caper and White Bean Pasta
Sunday – Moo Shu Vegetables
