This Week’s Menu {August 20-26}

The mornings and evening are getting quite cold and I’m starting to crave warmer heartier dishes. Soups, stews, and pastas here I come!

Monday – Grilled Zucchini and Toasted Quinoa

Tuesday – Dinner at mom’s

WednesdayBoneless Pork Chops with Mushrooms and Thyme

Thursday – Leftovers!

Friday –  Vegetable Chow Mein

Saturday – Sister-in-law (temporarily) moving-in day, so something quick and hearty: Dunn’s Smoked Meat Sandwiches (from Costco) and Vinegar Coleslaw

Sunday – Sister-in-law treating us
