Back to work this week, and back to reality. I will have to console myself with some delicious home-cooked meals.

Tuesday – Chicken and Chickpea Pilau
Wednesday – leftovers
Thursday – Baked Salmon with Fennel & Tomatoes
Friday – Veggie Nachos
Saturday – Cottage Party
Sunday – BBQ Salmon and Asian Green Bean Salad
For some reason I am really craving fish … maybe because I didn’t get to go out and catch any last week on my vacation. Oh well, I now get to enjoy the fruits of other fishermen’s labors.
