This Week’s Menu {June 11-17}

One week left until we have our first house guests; bubby’s mother, brother, and our new niece! I’m sure we’ll be busy getting the final boxes unpacked and making the house family-visit ready, so I’ll try to keep it simple yet tasty. As for the big meal Saturday, I’m not exactly sure what we’ll be eating, other than ribs, but I’ll be sure to update when I figure it out.

MondayLobster rolls and kettle chips

Tuesday – Ikea inspired Spinach Crepes

Wednesday– Thai from food truck Chef on Wheels

 Thursday – Dani’s Super Simple Shrimp Tacos

Friday – Leftovers!

Saturday – Ribs with Tennesse Hollerin BBQ Sauce, Kerry’s Boston Baked Beans, and summer salad

Sunday – ordered from Sushi Village, dad loved it

I’m hungry already … actually it is dinner time, off to the kitchen!
