After getting my nails done with mom, we went back to her house for dinner. Nothing like dinner at mom’s house! No matter what night of the week it is, she is always making something tasty. Tasty -not particularly healthy or complicated or adventurous (she gets around to that on the weekends), just simple and scrumptious -which is fine with me. Today she made BBQ pork-chops with baked potato and a garden salad. Yummy!
It’s not really a recipe, it’s just pork-chops barbecued. But if you want to know, this is what she puts on them:
- garlic powder
- lemon juice
She just sprinkles all that on ’em, throws ’em on the grill and soon after we’re eating mom’s tasty pork-chops.
